Welcome to the Internal Teacher Application ("the Application"), a platform created by Heyspanish LTD ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Application and provide important information about your rights and obligations.

By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Using the Application

The Application is provided to facilitate the scheduling and management of online language classes. You are responsible for using the Application in an ethical and legal manner.

User Account

To use the Application, you must create a user account by providing true and accurate information. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Access to Third Parties

The App requests access to your Google Calendar for scheduling of classes. By granting this access, you agree to the App making changes to your calendar to add and remind you of future classes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Heyspanish LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Application. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or use the Application in a manner that may cause legal or reputational harm to Heyspanish LTD.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of London, England.
